TOWN OF CARTHAGE
§ 71.01 USE OF SKATEBOARDS.
   (A)   It shall be illegal to use a skateboard on the public streets or sidewalks within the corporate limits of the town.
   (B)   Any skateboard found in use on the public streets or sidewalks shall be confiscated by the police and held at the police station until it is released to the parent or guardian of the person using the skateboard.
