TOWN OF CARTHAGE
§ 70.01 SPEED LIMITS.
   (A)   No person shall drive a vehicle at a speed in excess of 25 mph inside the municipal corporate limits of the town upon all town-maintained streets, unless otherwise posted.
   (B)   The speed limits set pursuant to this section shall be effective when appropriate signs giving notice thereof are erected upon the streets affected.
