TOWN OF CARTHAGE
§ 30.15 GOVERNING BODY.
   (A)   The town shall operate under the Council- Manager form of government.
   (B)   The governing body of the town shall consist of a Mayor and Board of Commissioners of five members.
   (C)   The governing body shall be charged with the general government and administration of the affairs of the town.
