(A) Sewer service is available only in the town sewer service area as shown on a map on record in the office of the Director of Public Works. It may be amended from time to time. Where water service from the town is available, as defined herein, it is required that all water discharged into the sewer system be purchased from the town.
(B) Sewer extensions to or in property being subdivided or streets being opened shall be by the owner.
