During any period in which an ordinance is in effect limiting or prohibiting certain types of water usage in the town or in the one-mile extraterritorial area for police purposes, the same limits or prohibitions will apply to water customers located outside the town’s one-mile police jurisdictional area. Whoever is found to be violating the limits or prohibitions in effect shall have the water service to the property where the violation took place turned off. The water service shall not be reinstated until a disconnect/reconnect charge has been paid in full. The Town Manager is hereby authorized to terminate service completely to any property whose owner repeatedly violates the limits or prohibitions of this section.
