TOWN OF CARTHAGE
§ 51.020 TAMPERING WITH SYSTEM UNLAWFUL.
   It shall be unlawful for any persons to cut, break, obstruct, damage, change, alter, or otherwise interfere with any water pipe or water main or hydrant or sewer pipe or water tank or anything being a part of the waterworks or sewer system.
