TOWN OF CARTHAGE
§ 51.018 EQUIPMENT TO REMAIN TOWN PROPERTY.
   All meters, meter boxes, pipes, and other equipment furnished and used by the town in installing any water or sewer connections shall be and remain the property of the town.
