TOWN OF CARTHAGE
§ 51.002 SERVICE CONTRACT PROVISIONS.
   All provisions of this chapter are hereby made a part of the terms and conditions of any contract whereby the town furnished sewer or water services to any person, or whereby the town makes any sewer or water connection or performs any work of any kind in connection with the furnishing of water or sewer service.
