(a) The Clerk-Treasurer is authorized to keep a cash reserve in an amount not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00) in the vaults of her office for the purpose of making change for filing fees, costs and other costs incident to the administration of Mayor’s Court.

(b) The Clerk-Treasurer is authorized to keep a cash reserve in an amount not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00) in the vaults of her office for the purpose of paying postage and other costs incident to the collection and testing of water samples.
