925.17 MONTHLY ASSESSMENT FOR STORM SEWER USE.

An assessment of two dollars ($2.00) shall be added to the billings of each sewer account per month effective January 02, 2004, and shall be reflected on each account on the first billing as authorized by law and shall continue until order of the Council of the Village of Carrollton.
