(a) The bond required by Section 905.01 shall be held for thirty days after the work has been completed according to the specifications of the Street Superintendent.
(b) The applicant shall erect, maintain, at all times until the work is completed, suitable and approved warnings, lights and any other required safeguards, to the satisfaction of the Street Superintendent or the Mayor.
