If an application for a permit is not approved or if any permit issued pursuant to the provisions of this chapter is revoked, written notice shall be given to the applicant or permittee by personal service by the Village Police Department or Village Administrator. The applicant or permittee shall have the right to appeal such disapproval or revocation to the Board of Zoning Appeals. The Board shall have the power to affirm, modify or reverse the decision of Village Administrator. Any such decision made by the Board shall be final.
