137.06 WAIVER OF RESIDENCY REQUIREMENT FOR POLICE CHIEF.

The requirement in Ohio R.C. 737.15 that within six months after appointment the Chief of Police shall become a resident of the Village is hereby waived and the Chief of Police shall not be required to be a resident of the Village.
