The required minimum distance between any two adult cabarets, or between an adult cabaret or a bar, tavern, carry-out or a sexually oriented business, shall be measured in a straight line, without regard to intervening structures, from the closest exterior structural wall of each such business. The distance between any adult cabaret and any school, public park, church, library, residential district or residential use shall be measured in a straight line, without regard to intervening structures from the closest exterior structural wall of the adult cabaret business to the closest property line of a school, public park, church, library, residential district or residential use.
