(a) Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 5705.41(D), there is hereby established a maximum dollar limit of thirty-five thousand dollars ($35,000) for blanket certificates for the expenditure of funds by the Village.
(b) The Clerk-Treasurer is hereby authorized to prepare and sign blanket certificates in compliance with the requirements of Ohio R.C. 5705.41(D) in amounts not to exceed thirty-five thousand dollars ($35,000) for the lawfully appropriated, authorized and accounted for expenditures of the Village.
