§ 158.162 LIVESTOCK SALES YARDS AND BUILDINGS.
   A livestock sales yard and buildings may be authorized by conditional use in the Agricultural District, provided that:
   (A)   The area used shall be a minimum of ten acres; and
   (B)   A minimum front yard of 400 feet is provided.
