§ 71.01 SCHOOL BUS MONITORING CAMERAS.

(A) Definition. For the purposes of this section, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or required a different meaning.

SCHOOL BUS MONITORING CAMERA. Has the meaning set forth in § 21-706.1 of the Transportation Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland.

(B) Use authorized. The use of school bus monitoring cameras in accordance with § 21-706.1 of the Transportation Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland is authorized in Carroll County.
