§ 153.101 FLOODPLAIN MANAGEMENT FUND.
   (A)   The county shall create a Floodplain Management Fund (“the Fund”).
   (B)   All fees, penalties, fines, or other charges levied herein or paid pursuant to this chapter shall be deposited into the Fund.
   (C)   Interest shall be deposited into the Fund.
