(A) A floodplain study and plat shall be based upon the Maryland Coordinate System and comply with the submittal standards found in the Manual.
(B) Certifications and/or technical analyses prepared or conducted by a licensed professional engineer or licensed architect, as appropriate, including:
(1) The determination of the base flood elevations or hydrologic and hydraulic engineering analyses prepared by a licensed professional engineer that are required by the Floodplain Administrator or are required by these regulations for: certain subdivisions and development; development in flood hazard areas with base flood elevations but no designated floodways; and deliberate alteration or relocation of watercourses.
(2) Such other material and information as may be requested by the Floodplain Administrator and necessary to determine conformance with these regulations.
