(A) Upon completion of the work pursuant to the grading permit, the permittee shall request a final inspection by the county. All disturbed areas shall be fine graded and left in a maintainable state, seeded, and mulched, and have at least 95% of vegetative cover. The county shall verify that all work subject to inspection has been satisfactorily completed in accordance with the requirements of this chapter.
(B) The county may release the guaranty upon completion of the final inspection. A completion certificate covering the work shall be issued to the permittee by the county and a copy sent to the District.
