§ 152.035 GENERAL.
   In granting any permit under the terms of this chapter, upon agreement of the District, the county may impose conditions as may be reasonably necessary to prevent creation of a nuisance or unreasonable hazard to persons or property and to ensure compliance with all relevant local, state, and federal environmental standards. The county may deny the issuance of a grading permit where the proposed work would cause hazards adverse to public safety and welfare.
