§ 150.28  DEVELOPMENT IN THE AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT.
   In the “A” District, the following afforestation and reforestation requirements shall apply:
   (A)   Afforestation standards contained in § 150.27 shall apply to net tract areas. The afforestation shall occur in a place and manner as specified in the Technical Manual.
   (B)   Disturbance of less than 20,000 square feet of forest on each lot within a development shall not require reforestation.
   (C)   On a lot where between 20,000 square feet and 25,000 square feet of forest are disturbed, that portion between 20,000 square feet and 25,000 square feet shall be reforested in an equivalent square footage as the area disturbed. The reforestation shall occur in a place and manner as specified in the Technical Manual.
   (D)   On a lot where more than 25,000 square feet of forest are disturbed, that portion above 25,000 square feet of disturbance shall be reforested at a ratio of two times the area disturbed. The reforestation shall occur in a place and manner as specified in the Technical Manual.
   (E)   Any disturbance to a forest within the net tract area for the construction of public roads or public utilities shall be reforested in an equivalent square footage as the area disturbed. Reforestation shall occur in a place and manner as specified in Technical Manual.
   (F)   The areas of disturbance on each lot shall be surveyed by metes and bounds, delineated on the FCP, and marked in the field with permanent stations. Any person who fails to limit disturbance to the area delineated on the FCP shall be in violation of this subchapter.
   (G)   The remaining forest on all lots within the net tract area shall be protected with long-term, binding protective agreements as described in the Technical Manual.
