Any agency or agencies receiving said funds shall file semiannual financial reports with the Department of Management and Budget, or its successor agency, describing generally its operations and the funding therefor and accounting for the use of funds received from the County Commissioners. Additionally, any agency or agencies receiving said funds shall file semiannual programmatic reports with the Department of Citizen Services, or its successor agency, describing generally the effectiveness of its programs.
