§ 92.104 PREVIOUSLY EXISTING AGREEMENT.

This subchapter shall not diminish the unlimited crossover accesses along Antrim Boulevard as shown on a plat entitled, “State of Maryland, Carroll County, Right-of-Way Plat, ANTRIM BOULEVARD” recorded in County Roads Plat Book No. 1, Folios 101, 102, 103, and 104 as established by previous agreements between the county and the owner of the adjoining lands, their personal representatives, heirs, and assigns.
