§ 92.083 PERMIT AND INSPECTION FEES.
   (A)   Each utility shall pay an annual permit fee, which includes all inspection fees (but does not include the additional $80 fee applicable to open cuts within paved roadways).
   (B)   The annual permit fee and the fee applicable to open cuts shall be set by the Department from time to time at a level sufficient to recover the County Commissioners’ costs relating to permits and inspections.
   (C)   The annual permit fee shall be paid once a year by a date set by the Department from time to time. If the payment date is changed, the amounts of the annual permit fee for any periods of time greater or less than a year shall be pro rated accordingly.
