§ 92.050 STANDARDS OF CONSTRUCTION.
   The following standards of construction shall prevail:
   (A)   The right-of-way shall be no less than 50 feet wide unless modified by the County Commissioners, but in no case shall less than 30 feet be required; and
   (B)   The construction methods and standards shall be as set forth in the Manual.
