§ 92.026 PERFORMANCE OF WORK IN ACCORDANCE WITH STATE HIGHWAY SAFETY STANDARDS.

   All work performed or to be performed pursuant to an excavation permit must be performed in a safe and professional manner and must be performed in accordance with the Uniform Traffic Control Devices for Streets and Highways Manual, as adopted by the State Highway Administration.
