§ 92.022 DENIAL OF PERMIT.
No permit shall be issued if, in the opinion of the County Commissioners, the issuance thereof would not be in the public interests, or if permitted, the excavation would cause a dangerous condition to exist, or whenever the County Commissioners shall find that any contractor or applicant is in violation of the provisions of this subchapter or of the rules and regulations of any other department or agency of the county. The County Commissioners may refuse to grant any further permits to such contractor, owner, or any other person whose name is required on an application, until all violations have been corrected, or until satisfactory bond has been given to the County Commissioners.
