§ 92.019 INSURANCE.
   No excavation permit shall be issued unless the applicant for the permit or any other person shall have filed a certificate of insurance evidencing that the contractor has in effect an insurance policy by an insurance company authorized to do business in this state, providing for public liability coverage in the sum of $200,000 for each person and an aggregate sum of $2,000,000 per occurrence, to protect the applicant, contractor, and the County Commissioners from any expense, cost, damage, and liability of any kind or character whatsoever, resulting from or which may arise as a result of the contractor excavating pursuant to a permit issued hereunder, or which may in any way be connected therewith or relating thereto. The County Commissioners shall be named as an additional insured under said policy.
