§ 92.017 SUBMISSION OF WRITTEN APPLICATION REQUIRED.
   No permit shall be issued unless a completed written application for the issuance of a permit is submitted on forms provided and approved by the County Commissioners and the fees as established by County Commissioners have been paid, or other suitable guaranty accepted.
