(A) The fire company having jurisdiction and the county shall inspect the water supply or source at installation and on a periodic basis as determined by the county. The property owner shall cooperate with any inspection conducted by the fire company or Fire Official.
(B) Any noncompliance with any requirement of this chapter shall be referred to the Fire Official for investigation and enforcement.
