§ 91.039 APPROVAL OF WATER SUPPLY SOURCES.
   (A)   Before the source is approved, the operational capabilities shall be certified by a practical test witnessed by the Fire Official or the fire company having jurisdiction.
   (B)   No water source shall be approved as being in compliance with this chapter if the required water availability rate is not achieved during the practical test.
   (C)   No building permit for a structure subject to this chapter may be issued prior to the approval of the water source, except for commercial structures for which the Code Official, in his or her discretion, may issue a footing and foundation letter.
