As a condition of continuing validity of the use and occupancy certificate for a structure, the owner and the occupant shall notify the Fire Official and the Bureau of Permits and Inspections, or its successor agency, in writing, of any planned changes to the use of the structure that would materially affect the content load, the flammability of the contents, or other changes that will change the required OHCN.
