(A) The site plan submitted to the Bureau of Development Review, or its successor agency, shall contain all data required to calculate the total required water supply, including total volume of the proposed structure, and information needed to determine the OHCN of the proposed structure, unless the proposed structure or structures are properly subdivided by fire separation assemblies or fire walls of the appropriate fire resistance rating.
(B) The Fire Official shall review the data submitted in accordance with division (A) above and provide recommendations to the Bureau of Development Review, or its successor agency.
(C) Any addition to an existing commercial or multi-family structure shall require submittal of a site plan, and subsequent review by the Fire Official, to determine the necessary changes in the total water supply or other appropriate requirements resulting from the proposed addition.
