§ 2-3-4 ENDORSEMENT OF INSTRUMENTS PAYABLE TO THE VILLAGE.
   The Finance Director is hereby authorized to endorse for deposit any and all checks, drafts, notes, bills of exchange and orders payable to the order of the village.
