The Village Treasurer or the Finance Director shall render an account under oath to the Village Board, monthly, showing the state of the treasury at the date of the account and the balance of the money in the treasury. There shall accompany such account a statement of all moneys received into the treasury and on what account, together with all warrants, bonds, vouchers, redeemed and paid by the village.
