No permit shall be issued to a golf driving range unless the person or persons making application for the permit shall purchase a public liability insurance policy covering any personal injury or damage to property suffered as a result of the operation in the amount of $300,000 for any one occurrence and $100,000 for injury to any one person or any one person’s property.
