(A) No license, permit or registration shall be issued for the conduct of any business, purpose or activity if the premises and building to be used for the purpose do not fully comply with all applicable ordinances and regulations of the village or any other governmental body.
(B) No license, permit or registration shall be issued for the conduct of any business or performance of any act which would constitute a violation of the Zoning Code.
