(A) After due consideration of the information contained within the application and related investigative reports, the Village Manager shall determine whether the application is satisfactory. If satisfactory, the license, permit or registration shall be signed by the Village President, attested by the Village Clerk, and then issued to the applicant.
(B) If, after due consideration of the information contained within the application and related investigative and inspection reports, the Village Manager shall determine that matters concerning the application are unsatisfactory, he or she shall disapprove the application, indicating the reasons therefor. Thereupon, the Clerk shall notify the applicant that the application has not been approved and that no license or permit will be issued.
