§ 8-9-2 ESTABLISHMENT OF SYSTEMS.

The village hereby determines to establish systems at intersections located within the corporate limits of the village that are mutually selected by Redflex Traffic Systems, Inc., and the municipality and approved by the Village Board by motion.
