§ 13-21-21 REMEDIES NOT EXCLUSIVE.

The remedies listed in this article are not exclusive of any other remedy available under this article or under any applicable federal, state or local law and do not supersede or limit, any and all other penalties provided by law. The Director may seek, at his or her discretion, cumulative remedies.
