§ 10-14-19 APPLICABILITY OF ILLINOIS GAMBLING ACT.

The provisions of this chapter shall be subject to the Illinois Gambling Act and all rules promulgated thereunder, and to the Video Gaming Act and all rules promulgated thereunder, except that in the event of a conflict between the two Acts, the provisions of the Video Gaming Act shall apply, and in the event of a conflict between the rules promulgated under the two Acts, the rules promulgated under the Video Gaming Act shall apply.
