All users not required to obtain a wastewater discharge permit shall provide appropriate reports to the Pretreatment Coordinator as required in this chapter or by the Pretreatment Coordinator. These reports include but are not limited to surveys of business activities, water usage, wastes discharged, spill and slug loading potential, pretreatment equipment, waste hauling and facility layout.
