§ 13-9-7 INDIVIDUAL AND GENERAL WASTEWATER DISCHARGE PERMIT RE-ISSUANCE.
   A user with an expiring wastewater discharge permit shall apply for wastewater discharge permit re-issuance by submitting a complete wastewater discharge permit application, in accordance with § 13-8-5, a minimum of 90 calendar days prior to the expiration of the user's existing wastewater discharge permit.
