The Pretreatment Coordinator will evaluate the data furnished by the user and may require additional information. Within 30 calendar days of receipt of a complete wastewater discharge permit application, the Pretreatment Coordinator will determine whether or not to issue a wastewater discharge permit. The Pretreatment Coordinator may deny any application for a wastewater discharge permit. If the Pretreatment Coordinator fails to act within 90 calendar days, a request for permit application shall be deemed to be denied.
