(A) Any SIU or CIU required to obtain an individual or general wastewater discharge permit who was discharging wastewater into the POTW prior to the effective date of this chapter and who wishes to continue such discharges in the future, shall, within 90 calendar days after said date, apply to the Pretreatment Coordinator for the appropriate wastewater discharge permit in accordance with § 13-8-5, and shall not cause or allow discharges to the POTW to continue after 180 calendar days of the effective date of this chapter except in accordance with a wastewater discharge permit issued by the Pretreatment Coordinator.
(B) Any non-SIU or non-CIU that is required to obtain individual or general wastewater discharge permits shall file an application within the number of working days required in a notification sent by the Pretreatment Coordinator.
