When requested by the Pretreatment Coordinator, a user must submit information on the nature and characteristics of its wastewater within 30 calendar days of the request. The Pretreatment Coordinator is authorized to prepare a form for this purpose and may periodically require users to update this information. The Pretreatment Coordinator may also prepare specialized forms for various business types and functions. Information that may be required will be consistent with that identified in Article 4 and § 13-8-5.
