§ 13-7-1 APPLICABILITY.

Each user that discharges non-residential source waste shall provide wastewater treatment and best management practices as necessary to comply with this chapter and shall achieve compliance with all categorical pretreatment standards, local limits, and the prohibitions set out in Article 6 of this chapter within the time limitations specified by USEPA, the state, or the Pretreatment Coordinator, whichever is more stringent.
