§ 13-3-31 ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITY.

In addition to other village officers with police powers, the Village Code Enforcement Officers and Engineering Inspectors, and any other designee of the Village Manager, shall have the authority to enforce the provisions of this article pertaining to regulation of water usage, and to issue ordinance citations to persons found violating such provisions.
