§ 13-3-26 USE OF WATER FOR CLEANING SANITARY SEWER MAINS PROHIBITED.

Neither the village nor any person, whether the owner or occupant in possession or control of any building, structure or premises into which water is supplied through the village waterworks and sewerage system, shall be allowed to use village potable water for flushing or cleaning sanitary sewer mains.
